Are the Charlois Buurthap meals all take out?
Yes, you can pick your meals from Charlois Buurthap in our eco-friendly containers, soups and puddings in jars, and basil drink in glass bottles. Pick up time: 16:30-19:00. Upon request there is a flexibility that your meal can be ready from 15.30, but it is not always the case, please check with us if early pick-up is doable.
Do you cater events?
Do you also offer glutenfree meals?
For any catering query on gluten-free offerings, yes we do. For Charlois meals, we cook mainly vegetarian on Monday, and vegan Thursdays, all our soups are vegan. We rarely offer gluten free options, all our customers share their own restrictions with us, we cook accordingly. Let us know if you follow a specific diet, we try to do our best for you.
Do you offer recipes?
Recipes will not be displayed on our websites for now. But on our Instagram we often share some recipes.
Do you organize vegan & vegetarian workshops as well?
Yes we do, for private and companies. Our workshops are mainly organised in our Charlois Buurthap, de Nieuwe Nachtegaal where we also cook weekly.
