Event tickets are not refundable in any cases or any other circumstances (natural disasters, weather conditions, flight cancellation or delay, death, sickness, injury, emergency, work and family commitments).
If you cannot make it to your reserved workshop or event, here are the options:
1. You are welcome to send someone in your place.
2: Your cooking workshop or walking tour ticket may be transferred to another available workshop or walk or other event ticket if more than 7 days’ notice is given to you.
We will be contacting you accordingly.
If we cancel a workshop or event due to low enrolment or other extenuating circumstances, all participants will receive a credit towards another workshop, or a full refund.
Reservations may be transferred to another available workshop or event if more than 7 days’ notice is given.
Only one transfer per order will be permitted. Reservations may not be transferred to another available workshop or event if less than 7 days’ notice is given.
Food restrictions during cooking workshop
It is your responsibility to prevent allergic reactions. You are committed to inform us advance if you have any medical and/or food allergies; and avoiding any contact with such medical and/or food allergies. We may attempt, but cannot guarantee, to accommodate your allergies.
